eMailing "From" a Public Folder
Exch 2K7 - All Clients WinXP w/ Outlook 2K3
I have created a Public Folder called "Forms"
I created a Custom Outlook Form called "Service Request" - using the "message" template (eMail)
The Folder IS mail-enabled
I have ultimately two (2) issues; not sure if they are related
1. When I Publish to the "Forms" Public Folder - the Form is Hidden, however; a copy of the Published Form is in my Drafts Folder, so I move it to the "Forms" Public Folder so Users can see it. User Can See it, Open It, and Fill it out.
2. When I fill out the Form for testing and hit send - no problems - I have Admin Rights, However, when a typical User Opens and Fill out the Form, then Hits the Send Button - They get the following message: - You do not have sufficient permission to perform
this operation on this object. See the folder contact or your system administrator.
I/We have tried several things including some things we found in/on technet/Internet such as Send As; Send on Behalf kind of things. The email address for the mail-enable folder is good, and shows up in the GAL - that was also a suggestion - but really
no help.
If I close my Outlook (logged on as me) then open Outlook as a typical users all works; However If I log onto my PC and then open Outlook as a typical user; I get the message.
Any suggestions would be helpful

Please check the “Default” group permission on the Organizational Forms Library. It should be “Reviewer”James Luo
